By accessing our website, mobile site, app, WhatsApp, call center, office, or B2B portal (collectively, “Sales Channels”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
We act as an intermediary/agent between you and travel suppliers (airlines, GDS/OTAs, hotels, DMCs, transport companies, visa centers, insurance providers, etc.). Your booking is additionally governed by each supplier’s own terms, conditions, and fare/rate rules.
You must be 18+ and legally capable to contract.
You are responsible for all information submitted (accurate, complete, and current).
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and any activity under your account.
When you press “Book/Pay/Confirm”, you make an offer.
A binding contract forms only when full payment is received and the supplier confirms (e-ticket/PNR for flights; confirmation number/voucher for hotels, cars, tours).
Name changes are usually not permitted after ticket issuance. Any post-booking change follows the relevant supplier rules.
Prices are dynamic and may change due to availability and currency fluctuations.
Published prices include applicable taxes/fees unless specified otherwise (e.g., city taxes/resort fees payable at hotel).
Once charged/issued, price differences are not refundable.
You agree to pay all applicable government taxes/fees and supplier surcharges.
Payments may be processed by third-party gateways/wallets/banks.
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions may be cancelled; we may request KYC and supporting documents.
Chargebacks/Payment disputes: you authorize us to recover any loss or penalty (including bank fees) by debiting any pending refunds, wallet balances (for B2B), or by invoicing you.
Cancellations/changes follow the supplier’s fare/rate rules. Penalties and service fees may apply.
Refunds (if allowed) are processed only after we receive funds from the supplier; timelines vary by supplier/bank.
No-show (not using the service without prior change/cancel) generally results in no refund.
Airlines may alter schedules, aircraft, routings, or cancel flights. We will notify you when we are informed by the supplier. Reaccommodation is per the airline’s policy. FlynextTrip is not liable for missed connections or costs beyond airline policy.
You are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, transit requirements, health/vaccination and compliance with immigration rules.
Visa services (if opted) are processing assistance only; no guarantee of visa issuance. Visa fees/service charges are non-refundable.
Baggage allowances vary by fare/airline/route. Excess/oversize fees are your responsibility.
Seat/meals/FFP/special assistance requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the supplier.
Photos, descriptions, and amenities are provided by suppliers and may change. Specific bedding/non-smoking/adjacent rooms are requests only unless guaranteed in writing.
Seasonal surcharges, trade fairs, blackout dates may apply.
We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control: weather, pandemics, strikes, operational failures, regulatory actions, technical issues, natural disasters, or similar disruptions.
No fake/fraudulent bookings, scraping, copying content, or misuse of systems.
We may cancel suspicious bookings, block accounts, and pursue legal action.
Website/app/portal content is owned/licensed by FlynextTrip. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
If you submit reviews/photos/testimonials/questions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use them. Do not post confidential or sensitive data publicly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlynextTrip is not liable for: supplier acts/omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, overbookings, visa rejections, immigration denials, indirect or consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, etc.
You agree to indemnify FlynextTrip against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or supplier terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect/use/share your data. By using our Services, you consent to processing as described there.
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We specialize in multi-city and complex itineraries worldwide. Your final fare/rules depend on the selected fare family and airlines. Changes/cancellations for any segment follow the strictest applicable fare rule.
Refunds (if permitted) are released after funds are received from the supplier and reconciled by our payment partners/banks.
Gateway/bank/processing fees and our service fees may be non-refundable.
Promotions are time-bound, subject to inventory/eligibility, and may be withdrawn without notice.
Vouchers/credits are non-transferable and valid only as stated.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (medical, trip interruption, baggage, etc.). Unless explicitly stated, insurance is not included.
Provide accurate traveler names (as per passport/NID), dates, and contact details.
Review itinerary, rules, and documents upon receipt; report discrepancies within 24 hours.
Arrive at the airport with sufficient time; comply with airline/immigration rules.
By registering on the FlynextTrip B2B Portal, you accept these Terms.
You must provide valid business information and maintain KYC as requested.
You are responsible for sub-users created under your agency code.
All services are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
B2B rates are typically net; your markup and onward sale are your responsibility.
You must disclose accurate fare/rate rules to your customers.
We do not encourage keeping extra balances. If you do, note:
Additional/excess funds are non-withdrawable; they can be used to issue tickets or purchase services.
FlynextTrip may release/hold funds at its discretion (e.g., fraud checks, compliance, audits).
Negative balances, chargebacks, or supplier debit memos may be adjusted against your wallet or invoiced to you.
All follow supplier rules. Service fees may apply.
Refunds are credited to your Agent ID/wallet once received from suppliers (timelines vary).
You are solely responsible for your customer relationships and onward sales.
FlynextTrip is not liable for disputes between you and your customers, nor for immigration denials, fines, or onward contractual issues.
You must reconfirm supplier information and conditions to your customer before charging them.
You must not:
make false/fraudulent bookings,
display mispriced inventory as guaranteed,
violate airline hotel DMC or GDS rules (e.g., abusive ticketing),
misuse content or portal/API access.
We may suspend/terminate accounts at any time (with or without notice) for breaches or risks to our business/suppliers.
Separate terms may apply (rate limits, caching, branding, SLA, audit rights).
You must use our brand and content as licensed; do not misrepresent affiliation.
You are responsible for applicable tax compliance and correct invoicing to your customers.
Government taxes, supplier taxes/surcharges, and fees may apply in addition to net rates.
Do not use FlynextTrip brand, logos, or creatives without written permission.
You must represent inventory accurately and comply with advertising laws/platform rules.
We may conduct audits (system/log audits) for fraud/compliance.
You must retain booking and payment records as required by law and provide them upon reasonable request.
Seats/meals/FFP/special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the airline.
Multi-city/Anywhere itineraries are available; all segments follow the strictest applicable fare rule.
For interline/connecting itineraries with separate tickets, baggage may need to be re-checked; risk of misconnections lies with the traveler unless protected by airline rules.
Amenities, bedding, non-smoking, early check-in/late check-out are requests unless guaranteed.
Trade fairs, exhibitions, and blackout dates may carry surcharges.
No amendments after confirmation unless supplier allows (fees may apply).
We assist with documentation and submission (where allowed); decision is solely by the embassy/consulate.
Fees/service charges are non-refundable, even upon refusal.
Provide true and complete information; keep passport validity (e.g., 6–7 months) as required by destination rules.
Packages depend on airline/hotel/local operator availability and Saudi regulations.
Timeline, documentation, and on-ground assistance are subject to regulatory change and capacity.
You consent to receive transactional and service communications by email/SMS/WhatsApp/calls. Marketing messages are sent per your preferences and can be opted out.
If any clause is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. We may assign our rights/obligations. These Terms, along with supplier rules and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and FlynextTrip.
