This Privacy Policy explains how FlynextTrip collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you interact with us through our website, mobile site, mobile app, WhatsApp & messaging channels, call center, email, social pages/groups, and our physical office (together, “Sales Channels” or “Services”).
By using our Sales Channels, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our Services. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services even if we link to them—please review their privacy policies separately.
Personal Data / Personal Information = any information that identifies you or can be linked to you (e.g., name, phone, passport number).
Processing = anything we do with data (collect, store, use, share, delete).
Service Providers = airlines, hotels, visa centers, payment gateways, IT vendors, etc.
We collect Personal Data to book travel, provide support, comply with law, and improve our services.
Identity & Contact: name, gender, date of birth, phone, email, address, emergency contact.
Travel Docs (as needed): passport/NID, visa documents, photos, forms, invitation letters, itinerary details, frequent flyer numbers.
Booking Details: passenger details, trip dates, routes, PNR/e-ticket, hotel details, special requests (e.g., meals, assistance).
Payment & Refund: payment method, transaction ID/time, last four digits of card, bKash/Nagad number, bank details for refunds (account/routing/branch).
Corporate Travel: company name, designation, approval notes, billing references.
Communications: WhatsApp or chat messages, call recordings (for quality/training), email threads, support tickets.
Community/UGC: reviews, ratings, testimonials, questions/answers, social group posts.
Education Products: name/contact when purchasing our eBook or Course, progress or access logs (to deliver your purchase).
Device & Session: IP, device type, OS, browser, language, time zone, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source.

Service Providers: status updates (ticket issued/cancelled), schedule changes, hotel confirmations.
Payment Processors: payment confirmation and anti-fraud signals.
Social/Referrals: if you log in via or interact through social platforms (per your settings).

Visa & Travel Compliance: copies of passport, bank statements, employer/student letters, photographs per embassy specs.
Health/Vaccination: COVID-19 vaccination status or certificates if you ask us to handle travel where required.
We minimize, redact, and limit retention of sensitive documents to what’s necessary.
We process your data to:
Provide Services & Fulfil Contracts: search fares, issue tickets, arrange hotels/transfers/insurance/visas/Umrah; handle changes, reissues, refunds.
Customer Support: answer queries (phone/WhatsApp/email), troubleshoot issues, send alerts (e.g., schedule changes).
Compliance & Security: tax/audit records, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, lawful requests.
Improve & Personalize: analyze usage to enhance UX, develop features (e.g., multi-city suggestions).
Marketing (optional): send offers, updates, guides, and community invites—only if you consent or where permitted; you can opt out anytime.
Education Products Delivery: provide your eBook/Course access, updates, receipts, and support.
Legal bases (where applicable): your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, fraud prevention). If you are in the EU/UK, you have GDPR/UK-GDPR rights (see Section 12).
We share only what’s necessary to deliver/operate our Services:
Airlines, GDS/OTAs, Hotels, DMCs, Transport & Tour Operators, Insurance, Visa Centers/Embassies: to fulfill your bookings and applications.
Payment Partners (e.g., card processors, mobile wallets, banks): to process payments/refunds and prevent fraud.
Technology & Operations Vendors: secure hosting, cloud storage, CRM, analytics, communications (SMS/Email/WhatsApp), customer support systems.
Corporate Clients (if traveling via your company): itinerary/expense info per contract/policy.
Regulators/Law Enforcement: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety.
Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your data may be processed/stored in countries outside Bangladesh (e.g., airline or cloud vendor locations). We use reasonable safeguards (contractual protections, access controls, encryption) and share only what’s necessary to deliver the service.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law. Typical periods:
Booking & Invoices: up to 7 years (tax/audit).
Visa Files: until submission + up to 180 days after decision (unless law requires longer/shorter).
Customer Support & Call Recordings: up to 3 years (disputes/quality), shorter where possible.
Marketing Preferences: until you opt out.
CCTV at Office (if any): typically 30 days.
We may anonymize data for analytics and keep it longer without identifying you.
You can, subject to law and verification:

We send marketing only with your consent or where allowed.
You can opt out via the unsubscribe link, replying STOP on WhatsApp/SMS, or emailing us.
Transactional and service messages (e.g., e-tickets, schedule changes) will still be sent when needed.
We use cookies/pixels to run our site and improve your experience.
Strictly Necessary: login, cart, security.
Performance/Analytics: site usage, errors (aggregated).
Functional: remember preferences.
Advertising (optional): show relevant offers.
Control cookies: use your browser settings or our cookie banner (if available). Blocking some cookies may limit features. We do not honor “Do-Not-Track” signals at this time due to industry limitations.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, role-based access, logging, least-privilege, and employee confidentiality obligations. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card numbers/CVV on our systems.
No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data. If we detect a data incident posing risk to you, we will notify you and/or authorities as required by law.
Bangladesh: We comply with applicable local laws and cooperate with lawful requests.
EU/UK (GDPR/UK-GDPR): lawful bases include consent, contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests. You may contact us for EU/UK rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data authority.
Other Regions: We will honor rights required by your local law where applicable.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. For minor travelers, we process data with consent of the parent/guardian and only to provide the booked services. If you believe a child’s data was provided without consent, contact us to remove it.
If you post reviews, ratings, photos, questions, testimonials, or participate in our Facebook/WhatsApp communities, your content may be publicly visible. Do not share sensitive information in public posts. We may moderate or remove content that violates our terms.
When you contact us via WhatsApp or other messengers, your communications may be processed by those platforms under their own terms. We keep conversation summaries and attachments to manage your booking and support history. You can request deletion per Section 8 (subject to legal retention).
Depending on your settings and OS:
Location: nearest airport/city and relevant deals.
Contacts: invite/refer friends (optional).
Storage/Media: save tickets/invoices; cache maps.
Notifications: booking updates, flight changes, promos (you can turn off).
Calendar: add trips (optional).
SMS (Android): auto-fill OTP for faster checkout (optional).
Permissions are optional; some features may not work without them.
Our Sales Channels may link to sites/apps we don’t control (airlines, hotels, payment gateways, social platforms). Their privacy practices apply to you there. Please review their policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the “Effective Date” at the top and, where required, notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
